Week 1 - Four Square

Week 2 - Jumping and Skipping

Week 4 - Sports

Week 5 - Scooters
Scooters are probably one of your kid's favorite pieces of equipment in physical education class. Your kids will learn important loco-motor skills and build balance, coordination and strength as they sit, lay, or kneel on their scooter and do the 40 different included activities. Week 6 - Fitness

This week's subscription will introduce your kids and you to dozens of strength, flexibility and endurance activities that are fun to do! If you're already a fitness buff, you'll be familiar with many of the moves the included instructions explain, but there should be quite a few that you've never seen before too! This introductory fitness pack includes a variety of safe, institutional-quality, age-appropriate fitness equipment and activity ideas that can be used indoors or outdoors. Cardio and strength activities can be performed individually, with a partner, or as a family, and will keep everyone active for hours.
